Create your profile

Register with your email and a password, then add the name, business and optional contact details or image clients should see.

Add provider contacts

Use the service checklist to enter private names, companies and contact details. You can leave any service blank and return to it later.

Activate your account

Review the email-card preview, start the $5 monthly subscription through Stripe, and receive a clear confirmation when the account becomes active.

Build client handoffs

Create a plan around your client’s home and send it for review. Reminders begin only after the homeowner accepts, and their private home record remains theirs.

PRIVATE PROVIDER RECOMMENDATIONS

Keep the contractor relationships your clients already count on.

Enter the provider or point of contact you want clients to receive for each home-service type. When a client reminder or weather alert matches that work, the email can present the contact as your recommendation.

  • Add a company, individual contact or both
  • Include at least one phone number, email address or website
  • Save multiple contacts for a service and choose up to three for each client plan
  • Add an optional private note of up to 75 characters
  • Preview the recommendation exactly as it will appear in client emails
